Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Please contact us before returning an item so we can approve the return, provide additional instructions, and expedite your return process.

Returns are accepted if a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 30 days.

In the case of a mistake on our end please contact us right away and we will work with you. If fabric does need to be returned, the fabric must be unwashed, unaltered, uncut, and returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.

We are not responsible for the differences in colors displayed by different monitors or screens. If you are unsure about a color match, please email or call us and we'd be happy to help you find a perfect match for your project.

Machines: All machine sales are final unless returned in new and unopened condition. All Machines are shipped new in box. If you have any questions about a machine before purchase please contact us and we will be happy to answer them for you! Contact us here.

Household sewing machines are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine will void all warranties as per the manufacturer's policy.

Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale.

Classes and Events:  Payment for class must be made in advance to secure your spot. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no less than 72 hours before the class otherwise you forfeit the class fee. Refunds on cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation charge due to processing fees.

No refunds or rescheduling of students who are no call / no show. 

 

Returns or Exchanges If Applicable:

For all other products not listed above, if there is a defect with the purchased item/s we will exchange the item/s or provide store credit/refund if an exchange is not possible. All possible returns or exchanges must be addressed within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition, and packaging (if applicable) undamaged.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
